1. Verification process for mail with insufficient information on the envelop is conducted by viewing the content of mail once permission is obtain.
2. Manage all mail/prepaid services/license contract.
3. Other mailroom duties as assigned from time to time on an ad hoc basis.

The mailroom can be at any location within the building or avail multiple mailrooms in various buildings serving the customers entire network nationwide. However, clear and precise directional signages should be strategically located to make known to building occupants on the existence of the facility and its services.
When can the mailroom be ready for operations:
The mobilization period required by Nationwide Express to organize, recruit, train and start the mailroom operation is one month.
The operational times of the mailroom will be determined by the customer requirements.
Who:
Nationwide Express will exclusively manage the mailroom facility for the customer and will act on all contractually agreed requirements and KPIs, on a goodwill basis, endeavor to fulfill any ad-hoc request from time to time.
