GENERAL MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop an execute sales and marketing strategies and programs to meet the organization’s business growth
• Manage related internal and external communication
• Ensure sales and marketing personnel are constantly updated on competitors' activities
• Maintain direct sales and marketing involvement with key customers in each market segment to stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of the programs.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Courier Industry.
• Preferably senior managers specializing in sales, marketing or equivalent.
• Pro-active, result orientated, attentive, diligent and can work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills

CORPORATE FINANCE AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the activities of the Corporate Finance and Business Development for the accurate and timely dissemination of monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports and forecasts for management decisions as well as undertaking Business Development function.
• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and solutions to business and financial issues.
• Structuring and planning of overall funding structure for Company’s projects and Business Development activities.
• Plan, negotiate, and oversee the execution of Corporate Finance exercises for the Company.
• Liaise with financiers, advisors and authorities on Corporate Finance matters.
• Providing guidance to Finance staff on corporate finance and business development matters
• Provide guidance to the finance staff on Corporate Finance and Business Development matters.

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in handling financial, management accounting duties with 2-3 years as Corporate Finance and Business Development functions at Supervisory level.
• With 2-3 years of audit and supervisory experience in a corporate environment
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution and provide financial advice and recommendations to top management in the latest developments of finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, corporate finance and tax regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communications with different levels of operation and management.
• Possess a high level of integrity, meticulous and analytical skills.
• Forecasting in financial modeling experience in and added advantage.
• Mature, tight work ethic and team skills are critical.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE - NATIONWIDE EXPRESS LOGISTICS SDN BHD– (NEL)
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
• Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance, according to company requirements.
• Support and execute Head including project planning and operation, promotions and marketing activities, sales analysis, service excellent.
• Plan, carry out and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
• Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Proactively seeking the sales opportunities and convert the sales leads to customers.
• To carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys.
• To attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
• To attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Meet all objectives and KPI’s.
• To assist Head of NEL in any other job required by the management from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Marketing Business Studies or related.
• Familiar with Travel agencies/Hotels.
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Marketing/Business Development.
• Required language (s); Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Ability to converse in Arab will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent in Communication and Public Relation skills.
• Muslim male (will involve in Hajj and Umrah Yearly project).
• Possess own transport and able to travel in domestics.
• Applicants must be willing to travel and work in Saudi Arabia when required.
